This page explains what UNTITLED MEDIA collects, why we need it, where it goes, and how to ask us to correct or remove it.

What we collect: When you send a booking request or marketing diagnostic, we collect the contact, business, project, scheduling, budget-range, and open-text information you choose to provide. Security controls may process limited request metadata such as a shortened or one-way-hashed network identifier. A future client workspace will also store the work, files, approvals, payments, and account details needed to serve that client.
How we use it: We use submitted information to respond to the inquiry, assess the requested work, prepare a scope, manage a client relationship, deliver agreed services, keep the website and workspace secure, and maintain required business records. A diagnostic is preliminary and is reviewed by a person before it becomes a recommendation or scope.
Where it is processed: Vercel hosts the website and private workspace, Resend handles transactional email, and Neon stores private CRM records. If a client later authorizes a channel connection, the selected provider may include Google, Meta, or an email platform. We use service providers to operate the business; we do not sell personal information.
AI-assisted work: UNTITLED MEDIA may use AI tools to help organize or draft client work. Credentials, copied passwords, and unnecessary personal data should never be submitted. AI output is treated as a draft until a person reviews it. Client-facing use, approvals, and restrictions are tracked in the private workspace when applicable.
Retention and deletion: Inquiry and client records are kept while we are responding, working together, or reasonably need the history for operations, disputes, tax, or legal obligations. When that need ends, records are deleted or de-identified where practical. You may ask for access, correction, or deletion; some records may need to be retained when required by law or an active agreement.
Your choices: Submitting an inquiry authorizes a reply about that inquiry; it does not subscribe you to a newsletter. Client analytics connections are optional, read-only where supported, limited to selected assets, and revocable. We do not currently use this site to set advertising cookies or sell submitted information.

If our services or processors materially change, this page will be updated with a new effective date. This policy describes our data practices; it does not replace the terms of a specific client agreement.
